| 7:00 PM | Executive Chef Tadd Frye will pair specially selected wines from the award winning Firestone Vineyard with a six-course menu featuring California sprouts, seared halibut on braised baby leeks with a merlot veal reduction, blood orange sorbet, English Stilton cheese with spiced walnuts, mustard cress and fig molasses, grilled Kobe beef tenderloin with furrowed pink potatoes, finishing with passion fruit kissing swans. |

Package includes: (2) tickets to the Casino including free food, beer and $25 in script to start; deluxe accommodations at the Historic Plains Hotel; breakfast for two at the Capitol Grille the following morning. $159 plus tax. |
| Mar. 4 | Broadway! - The Star Spangled Celebration at the Cheyenne Civic Center |
| 7:30pm | The Historic Plains Hotel is teaming up with the Cheyenne Civic Center to offer a special package for this musical event. The Broadway! package includes: two (2) tickets to the show, overnight accommodations in a Deluxe Parlor Room, and breakfast for two in the Capitol Grille the following morning. Package Price for two is $179 plus tax. |

Descendents of Chief Little Shield will perform with a group of Native American dancers and musicians at 1:00 PM and again at 3:00 PM and will autograph history books. Cowboy storyteller and accomplished musician, Rattlesnake Jake, will also be on hand playing guitar, accordion, gut-box and piano. $99 per room with a $25 dining credit at Capitol Grille. |
