The professional catering and banquet staff attend to every detail and offer all-inclusive service, individualized planning, customized décor, artistic food presentation and professional wedding reception coordination. The Plains also offers an “I Do” wedding and renewal of vows package every year around Valentine’s Day. Ceremonies are performed by a non-denominational officiate. The packages include credits to dine at the hotel’s Capitol Grille, wedding cake, champagne and a deluxe king room.
